Happy Birthday
Julia Dixon, who is a lifelong resident of Elbert County, celebrated her 100th birthday in grand style last week. The Indian Hill Road resident, who turned 100 years old on Friday, Aug. 24, was treated to a grand birthday party by family and friends at the Masonic Lodge on Saturday, Aug. 25. Among the activities that took place at the birthday party for Julia was the cutting of a birthday cake, and the special birthday girl had a nice piece of cake to eat.
